Estuve solo una noche por negocios, pero el servicio es muy bueno. amable en la recepción y la habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas. tiene shuttle desde el aeropuerto de Tacoma. muy conveniente. recomendado sin duda alguna. eso si, queda lejos de Seattle, pero desde el hotel les consiguen transporte hasta la ciudad si lo desean.

This was a great experience. Thr hotel was secure, clean, safe, and welcoming. We could not have been happier. The staff was amazing, both daytime and nighttime crew members were welcoming, attentive yet not nosy, and really great just all the way around.

middle of the night fire alram; security concerns & missing customer service

lobby door needs locked during day time hours - security problems?; complementary beverages no longer provided 24 hrs - only from 6-10 AM; while lobby has been updated rest of facility in and out needs some serious work; fire alarm at 4:30 am - required us to walk up and down 7 flights and we are in our 70's - not fun and turned out to be false alarm or malfunctioning equipment; road noise so loud - even on 7th floor - could not sleep...considering experience and staff's resistance to offer proper discount for our inconveniences, not planning a return

I'm in the industry so when I read the reviews, I was a little concerned. However, our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Yes there are homeless close by, but hey not the hotels fault and this is tacoma. We even walked from the tacoma dome at 11pm , no issues. The one thing I need to mention is when we tried to charge resturant charge to our room the bartender said "I aint got time for that" . We definatly would stay at this property again while visiting tacoma.

To new to be cozy. Courteous staff, nice place. Restaurant menu limited. Fair amount deferred maintenance, switch plates, pealing paint and wallpaper. Homeless camp kittly corner, industrial neighbors with outside noice. Motel itself quiet and comfortable, parking lot fenced.
