The sister Hotel of the Mansfield Castle built by a Mr. Maitland, an architect around the 1880s.A Scottish Country House Hotel set in the famous town of Tain, it has open fires and a truly Scottish feel. The Morangie is only 5 minutes from the famous Glen Morangie Distillery and only 5 minutes to the centre of town. Rooms are split between superior and standard with a number of 4 poster rooms. Morangie offers a full menu and presently offers food between 1 pm and 9pm; an extensive wine list is also on offer. This is a full service hotel and is open to guests 24 hours per day 365 days a year.
