3 nights at this hotel felt like a week, so relaxing and quiet. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful from the reception staff all the way through to the cleaning staff. All were excellent the managers should be very proud of their customer service skills. The stay was in a pool side villa very private and excellent room. The food was amazing the restaurant has great sea views.

Good: The hotel is very nice and luxurious. Our room/villa was amazing! We had a personal pool and our own secluded yard. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very big and good quality materials. The beach was very nice and semi secluded. The Food at breakfast and at Dinner was very good! croissants, fruit and omellets and pizza and a club sandwich. Location - if you want seclusion and relaxation. Gym was better than most. Bad Location - if you want to be near anything else. They have a no pet policy but one morning we were awoken by a dog barking in a unit across from us. The Guest was in the wrong but there should be a better way of seeing what guests bring into the compound to prevent this. Great The service was awesome! I forgot my swimsuit there and they responded and sent it to my next hotel in a timely manner and I received it there at no cost to me! They went over and above for me and I appreciate it!

Stayed for 8 days in a Grand Deluxe Pool Villa. Very comfortable. Would have preferred 2 sinks in the bathroom for what I thought was a superior room. The service was very good although there was some communication problems with restaurant staff in understanding English. The food was very good with a large selection of Thai cuisine and Western options. The coffee was below standard with no barista style available except for an automatic coffee machine. The hotel is located on the beach which was quiet most of the time. It is about an hours drive from the main Phuket district so keep that in mind if you want to spend a lot of time in Phuket The Spa centre was excellent. There is also a small but well equipped fitness centre Overall this is a great hotel and good value for money. I would go again

Great hotel and a lovely beach

An excellent hotel located right on the beach. The beach was lovely and furniture very comfortable. A nice breakfast and restaurant with lovely views of the beach. Our room was very nice with super soft beds and pillows and the shower was excellent. The team dealt with our queries efficiently and made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again.

As usual, and as expected after 3 years without coming (Covid), we had the chance to spend a week at Aleenta. This place is really amazing, beach is almost empty, rooms are perfect, food is succulent and people smiling and happy to serve. We’ll definitely come back again and again !
