I'am still wondering what is eco about the hotel but nevertheless the rooms are bright and spacious. The beds are very nice. The bathroom is as it should be and staff is very attentive and helpfull. The restaurant is less. Food is not well cooked. Breakfast is a bit as everywhere else.
Nicely located modern hotel
Recently spent a few days at this Hotel while visiting family. Well located within a few blocks of the Plaza de Armas, and shopping district. Staff speaks english and is helpful. The rooms are good sized and modern and clean. Very nice hotel.
Welcomfy!
I was only there for an overnighter... I found the staff friendly and welcoming. My evening meal was beautifully cooked, presented, and served in an efficient and friendly manner. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the key elements needed for a business stay. Breakfast, buffet style,met the needs of those with a sweet tooth, a cooked breakfast or grains and yoghurt and really hot coffee. Check out was efficient, friendly and easy. I would stay there again.
Mediocre at Best
The rooms are clean and nice.I am greatly horrified at the breakfast display however.The reception informed me that the breakfast was only available from 6:30 to 7:00. These hours are a joke just to say that they serve it at best.Being that I paid and it was one of the more expensive hotels in the area I went down.The display could not have been more horrific. The only thing hot was cut up pieces of hot dogs in a steam table. Yes hotdogs for breakfast protein.The fruit was all from a can.There was slices of what I assume is leftover cake that their restaurant did not serve.There were various forms of chips, cookies and things I would expect to find in the snack isle.I have stayed at many hotels in Chile who have put out a beautiful and healthy breakfast. While I know that their restaurant and customers there receive exceptional cuisine it appears that with your continental breakfast the hotel gives you what they want to discard. I will check into another hotel today based on this display alone. I could not feel more cheated.I have stayed at another hotel in Talca and will return there as I also find the Wifi to be better and service more up to date.The gym is maybe three pieces of equipment that you might be able to use to dry your towels and Im not sure why they even advertise having one.I would recommend anyone from the United States to look into other options if they need to stay in this city.
Excellent
A good hotel well situated for the city....easy to find, especially using Waze. Rooms spacious and well equipped. Breakfast good....reception efficient....underground parking. I believe there is a swimming pool on the roof, but never went to find it All in all a worth while discovery!
