Hotel is disrepair. Manager acts like she wants you to go elsewhere. They do not honor reservations. Manager sat on the phone and ignored us. Basically dared us to leave. If it was not late, and if we had not been on the road all day we would have left. Go to red roof and get better service and a better room.
No fridge or microwave in double bed rooms. At checkout was told I could have gotten them for $10 extra.

Thank goodness for DoorDash due to no microwave or fridge in my room. Bed was a little lumpy but slept ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the overall experience was good. Easy access to I10
It has seen it's better days

We stayed here 12 years ago while passing thru Tallahassee so we considered the property again. I suspect the hotel has not been updated or painted since then. The check in line was long and slow. After going out for dinner we found the parking lot entrance blocked by two pick up trucks apparently also checking in. After a 5 minute wait they moved allowing us to return to our room. We were woken up by a banging on our door by somebody telling us to move our car from the handicap parking area. A 53 foot semi had somehow gotten stuck in the parking lot and they were awaking the guests to move their cars? I got dressed and 15 minutes later I was able to return to the handicap parking area. About 5 guests were woken and had to move their vehicle. No calls from the front desk just somebody pounding on the door late at night. The room was dirty and looked unpainted for the 12 years I was there before. The breakfast provided in the morning was two cold cereals, and hot coffee but no decaf in the pot. No toast or anything hot was served. All in all a very bad experience. We have stayed at LaQuinta a lot and have seen a rapid decline since Wyndham has taken over the chain. See enclosed pictures.
Wyndham Should be Ashamed

First room had leaking pipe under sink, not a drip but a flow. Both rooms were dirty ,paint coming off , just a disaster . Grounds around buildings were full of trash. Strange shady young people in cars in parking lot just sitting there..Wife scared we left, No refund no help given. As I said LaQuinta and Wyndham should be ashamed to have this place under there name. Will not return to them soon to either.

Dirty, moldy, gross and terribly overpriced on FSU Football weekends($250 a night!!). The extremely pleasant office staff, maintenance and housekeeping do the best they can for what they have to work with. Shame on the owners for not caring about the property or the customers who pay to stay there!! We dealt with a leaking air conditioning unit, broken shower faucet, moldy ceilings and walls, disgusting carpets, unsturdy furniture and that's just the inside! Shame as it has potential. Step up Wyndham and fix this place!
