It is the second time I have stayed at this hotel the first time the experience was negative, since the room was full of cockroaches, in the refrigerator there were like 5 dead cockroaches as well as the microwave, it was obvious that there were never cleaning areas, the Dirty sheets from the previous guests, since they had not changed it, at that time I submitted the complaint to reception and the excuse they gave me was that the cleaning staff was new and the receptionist moved me to a cleaner room. I wrote a letter to the hotel with the photos, they apologized for what happened and told me to give them the opportunity to stay at the hotel again to change the negative image I had about it. Now the location is excellent, the discount on the "Choice Hotel" membership is cheap that is the only thing I can say is good, because the reception service was not pleasant on this occasion, the receptionist was very rude and had an attitude. They demand a mask and I clarify that I had my mask, but they don't use it. Again I had a very bad experience with my assigned room. The cockroaches continue in the rooms, a dirty glass in the laundry area, I don't know if it was beer or urine, because I wasn't going to touch it, the hand wash was dirty and with hair on the counter and the floor, in addition to That, the handwash was covered, if I used it the water was soaked. I worked for many years in hotel chains such as Marriots and Holiday Inn, I never saw anything like it. He could not spend more time in this depressing place, very disappointed. great place the lady at the front desk acted just like my mother in law when she has gas. very kind and helpful. The room had a few extra guests but hey bugs can gt in from the outside. but all in all the place had 4 walls furniture and a bathroom so all is good I will be back

The worst Rude morning lady that I ever see!!! I Cant open My door I was nice she literally throw in the card On me . Place is Dirty and disgusting. OSHA need to close this place!!!!Disgusting disgusting!!!!

The smell was awful! The property was trashy. It wasn't worth any price. What can you say about a room that is so smelly you have to leave the door open as long as you can while it is safe. The wifi didn't work in our room. We had to go to the main office to connect to wifi, but they didn't tell us ahead of time. The phone in the room didn't work. There was no cord connected. We found the cord on the floor, but it was broken. WHO CHECKS THESE FACILITIES???

Bugs crawling everywhere. Thankfully I didn’t see any in the bed. Toilet doesn’t work properly, ice machine broken, heat didn’t work. The first room, the tv was broken so I got this doozy. You get what you pay for and I surely paid.
