Just returned home from a 2 nite stay. My sister and I meet at this hotel for weekend every few months, we have always stayed here. I think it’s time to find another hotel. It has gone down hill every time we stay there. This time the room was a musty and damp. I turned the ac Down to 65 degrees and that helped some but we froze. The alarm clock flashing the wrong time and I could not figure out how to change it. I asked the front desk person and her response was “i dont know’. The ac made noises all nite long, which kept us awake and being that the bed was very uncomfortable .Tried using the remote control and it would not work. I called the front desk three times and there was no answer. So I walked to the desk and she girl said ,if it doesn’t work enter 25 and it should work. That makes a lot of sense. Also I called the hotel the night before we checked in to ask them something, called three times and no one answered the phone. Glad it wasn’t an emergency. The toilet makes a loud noice when flushed. I think it’s time to find another hotel…which I’m sure will be easy to find, there are several around that area.

This was the WORST stay in the world. I was told if I needed my room cleaned I would have to request it and for four days I made that request yet nothing happened. Requested clean towels and was told it had to be washed and folded. One would think those towels would make it to the room an hour later. NOPE! Here’s the room.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Besides being completely outdated it is dirty and run down. Not only are the rooms a complete the disaster, the common areas are also just as bad. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!

Very disappointed. The hotel is old and in need of a deep clean and update. The rooms are in need of attention from the carpet to the mold in the bathroom grout, the rust around the hardware etc. Many times myself and other hotel guests had to wait several minutes at the front desk and were looking around asking other guests, “is anyone here?”. We had two teammates that got locked out of their room and there was no maintenance on the premises. Other people helped them force their way into the room. No towels or cleaning service daily (I suspect due to COVID) However one of our parents asked for new towels Sunday morning and was told,”there aren’t any right now, we are doing laundry.” Really?? Crazy. Needless to say I will remember this hotel for the sole purpose of avoiding every staying here again.

I originally made reservations for the Courtyard that is across from this hotel but they said they consolidated guests in the Fairfield. At check-in I realized they did not enforce the use of masks which was concerning when I had to wait in a line to check in because they only had one person at the front desk. When we finally made it to the room, my kids were really tired so they wanted a quick shower and go to bed. When I went to turn in the shower I noticed it looked dirty to me. There was hair and other stuff at the bottom of the tub and the walls of the shower seemed like they hadn't been cleaned. The toilet had black stuff in it and the wall next to the toilet was dirty with I don't know what. The worst part is that I killed 3 baby cockroaches during my stay. This was definitely not the Marriott experience I'm used to.
