If I could give it 0 stars I would, staff is extremely rude. Roach infested. Stains everywhere. Lobby is misleading, don’t stay here. Save your money time and sanity. They refuse to give you new towels unless you bring your old ones back. Toilet paper was half used and one tissue left in tissue box. Tub was black.
Do Not Stay Here!
My advice is find another location unless you want to be charged even if you do not stay both nights. I had booked a room for 2 nights then about 2 hours later my company changed my schedule so I would only be staying 1 night. I went to the front desk and explained the situation but the front desk person was clearly not well trained and not very friendly. Then I called Choice and they said it would be handled. After I saw the receipt on the app, I saw it was not handled and I was in fact charged for 2 nights when I only stayed 1 night. After calling Choice and spending over 40 minutes on the phone, nothing changed. Also, be prepared to give this property $100 deposit as well. Never is a long time, but I will never stay at this location again. Terrible customer service!
RUDE STAFF
Staff was very rude and unprofessional. They will not credit you for cancelation even if you call to cancel immediately after making mistake on dates. They will charge you regardless the circumstances. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Had a wonderful stay
Very friendly staff help to find areas of interest., Room very clean, great breakfast I come every year to the dirt track races at East Bay Speedway and will definitely stay here next year too!!! The pool was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet.
Clean and smoke free but not the best
Very clean. Non smoking building. Beds were not bad but the tiny pillows were gruesome and the only chair was immensely uncomfortable. Rough area. Drunks crashed around the floor at 4am every morning slamming doors and shouting to each other. Broken beer bottles in the parking lot in the morning.
