Decent hotel close to the airport
This is my second stay here because the price is good and it is close to the airport. Clean and comfortable rooms and bed. I did not use the pool or other amenities whatever they offered because of a later arrival. Close to restaurants and all the known stores. Located in a safe area and there is parking out front. I like this hotel because it is safe, clean, comfortable, close to the airport, restaurants, and is a great price. I will likely stay here again if I need a hotel near the airport. Not too many channels on the TV but enough to get by. The pillows were small square type but comfortable none the less and the bed was huge and very clean. No blanket though which was odd but I didn't need one the sheets were more than sufficient. Front desk staff was pleasant and the check-in/check-out was really quick and easy.
Service
Two days without room being cleaned. Service not good. Thought I would get good service, but I didn’t. Rooms were pricey for the service I got. Should give me a two day credit for service I paid for that I didn’t get.
Very clean and great location
Room was clean, I was on the 5th floor and the view was great. I will stay there again. Service from the front desk was very prompt and courteous. Very friendly and safe place to stay. The pool is open year round which is great.
Not bad. Priced fairly.
Was at the Ramada for three days for a crash course Florida Insurance license. Clean and quiet. The restaurant salmon was frankly, outstanding. And they deliver to the classroom. There is a Starbucks next door, and a Longhorn Steakhouse say 5 businesses down. And the best Mall is less than a mile away. Nice front desk staff.
Disgusting
The entire building was terribly moist. Your room, your bed, your floors. To the point where it was slippery to walk on. There’s 1 microwave for the entire floor to use. Who wants to use a community microwave? The mask policy was never enforced. People were checking in and out without masks and the staff didn’t even mention it to them. 0/10.
