Horrifying! Sewage backed up in our bathtub with Feces floating in the water! A horrible Stench filled the room and made us sick. Management refused to give us a refund but there was no way we could stay, nauseating.

The room was HORIBLE .The over all appearance of the room was dirty, badly in need to be remodeled. Room smelled and the Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and appeared they forgot to finish painting it 30 years ago. The bed sheets had a cigarette burn all the way through the comforter and into the sheets. Location was the only thing this place has going for it but sound proofing is needed for the weekends. There is no continental breakfast as advertised

This place is a complete dump. Upon arrival, the girl at the front desk was eating dinner right at the counter. The television didn't work, bath and shower were dirty, graffity on the wall, what looked like spitwads used to patch missing trim, and intolerably loud!! Spend the extra hundred bucks and go elsewhere. Not worth any amount of money saved.

Non-smoking room smelt like cigarettes. Room was disgustingly dirty! Bathroom was gross head cigarette stains on the ceiling walls from when the shower he did everything up. The room smell extremely bad!! There is so much outside activity going on homeless people drug dealers walking around. A few of the guys that were walking around outside kept trying to talk to my children saying hi waving at them winking at them telling them to come over to the vending machines. Had homeless people with all their blankets laying in there! Cigarette butts all outside. It says no animals allowed it smelt like urine outside the rooms and inside the rooms! Rooms need to be definitely updated . Bed sheets were extremely dirty had hair in their dirty feet Marks . The beds are so hard. I don’t even think our room was cleaned the beds were just made there was stuff on the floor from the previous person that stayed there All night long I heard dogs barking in the other room. You always heard people walking by your door touching your door handle talking. It was just an overall extremely bad place we felt unsafe I didn’t even sleep because I felt like I had to stay up and watch my family. Nasty nasty place

Dirty and Loud

We booked two nights but left as early the following morning as we could. Terrible place. A dirty, obviously not cleaned (we found food remnants and fingernail clippings on the table and nightstand), shabby room with mildewy, discolored seams, unpatched drywall, a backed-up bathtub that began backing up when the upstairs apartment flushed the toilet, burned out and inoperative charging ports, terrible wifi, urine-smelling AC, a loud party venue right across the street, and fire alarm klaxons going off in the middle of the night (midnight) and then again at 4:00 AM. We couldn't wait to get out of there. We will NEVER stay there again despite the concerns of Choice Hotels who were "worried" we had a bad experience (but thanks for your free money for the night we did not stay).
