It appeared the bedroom ensemble was pieced together from leftovers and not appropriate for a bedroom. The refrigerator leaked all over carpet. From looks of cabinet that housed frig, it looked Ike that was a reoccurring problem.
Good for one night

Only stayed one night for an early flight. Was only marginally greeted by desk staff and we left too early for breakfast. Room was clean and very comfortable. Seen other reviews about road noise so I purposely did self check in on the app and chose a high floor on the back away from either street. No road sounds but we could hear the people next door pretty often and were woken by people in the hall (fortunately we were getting up soon anyway) … neither the folks next door or the hall people were being particularly noisy -just seems to be very thin walls…
Unexpected layover trip to El Paso

This stay was unexpected due to Southwest Airlines cancelling our flights. The overnight experience at this hotel was a lifesaver. We were able to get a room in such short notice and so late at night. Thank you for the amazing service!

Had troubled checking due to problem. Room was disappointing. Closet was off the rails, could not use door. Toilet seat was very loose, wife almost slipped off. Room just fair. elevator button barely worked. Overall maintenance was very poor. When checked in keys did not work, 3 different trips to room. Long line at checkin. Saw 2 members sitting in office and did not help Donna at desk. Very poor customer service. Tall, young blonde haired man in office did not care or help. Pathetic service!
Close to Freeway without the noise

Stayed for two nights. Room was fine. A few issues that weren’t earth shattering. The refrigerator in the room only stays on for two hours so you have to remember to turn it back on to keep things cold. Employee called in sick second day so there was no breakfast offered and no back up grab and go’s. It was very quite when we stayed here, people were respectful of noise. Good location for ASU and close to the freeways without the street noise
