Excellent stay! Different vibe and cleanliness this time around!

My girlfriend and I stayed at this Extended Stay America about 5 months ago. It was not a good stay but we decided to give it another try. We are glad we did!! Room was very clean and we felt like we were welcomed. Met new management and we knew then why the vibe and cleanliness changed! The gentleman, ( Gabriel if we are not mistaken) was very polite and interested to make our stay a comfortable one. I have worked in sales before and he was spot on on finding out what the purpose of our visit was to determine if we would bring further business to his hotel. Very impressed with that! We will without a doubt return ! Thank you Gabriel and staff!

Everything was great! The Manager made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend! Everything was very well cleaned and really made our stay as enjoyable as it could have possibly been!

We booked only a little before our trip, and this was one of the more reasonably priced hotels in the area. Pros: Located among a bunch of office parks, so was quiet, surrounded by trees. Easy access to many Portland spots. Staff were friendly. Cons: We stayed in one of the older/cheaper rooms, I think, so can't vouch for other setups. Room was clean but carpet old and stained, light fixture missing a bulb, toilet paper roll holder broken (literally - fell off the wall). Bathroom fan sounded like a motorcycle idling at high speed - LOUD. I don't know what the deal is with housekeeping, but the trash at the bottom of the stairwell was full when we arrived and by the time we left 5 days later, it had only gotten worse. Abandoned clothing items on the ground and trash overflowing the bins - really, ESA, take some pride in your appearance! The "free breakfast" consists of granola bars, instant oatmeal, coffee, and hot water for tea. You can grab some snacks for the road, but don't expect a meal. This was our first time at an Extended Stay America. Don't think we'll try it again.

Asked for a non-smoking room, got a smoking room. The place was filthy with greasy, dirty hand prints in every drawer and cupboard. At the head of the bed was a faceprint. It was absolutely disgusting. Lot's of really shady and unsavory folks staying there. Camper in the parking lot with obviously shady activity going on there with people going in and out of there. However, we were able to easily get a refund. Do not stay here, period.

I had stayed there for 4 months with my family and they never had any cleans towels we had to go weeks with out any cleans towels, they never cleaned anything. Never in my life have I ever been to a motel that don’t have clean towels. I would not Recommend this place to anyone ever. Very poor service
