Beautiful setting, simple and an oasis in the city
I stayed here one night and was very pleased. The room was clean and spacious. Furniture was modern and solid. TV was large, also new. Bathroom was up-to-date, spacious, marble tiles, great hot water pressure. I had a pool-view room, which was quite beautiful. Room service was fantastic. Best chicken soup (Tlalpa Soup) I have had in my LIFE. Family with small children should note that the outside staircases have large gaps where a small child could easily fall through.
Disgusting!
I M WARNING YOU!!!! If you check in before you go to sleep, Lift the sheets and you will discover how DIRTY and yellow the mattress is! They charge so much for the night, that at least they should change them often! I will never stay there even if it is FREE I swear it will be more safe and clean to sleep in the street then there, that is how bad it is!
Not what I expected
The hotel that is viewed as the primer hotel in Tijuana was not even close to an ok hotel. The protocols with covid are not good, the rooms are subpar and old. Breakfast is ok. Try something else, not worth it for the price they charge.
good place to stay if need to travel tijuana
the place was great the pool is good and the view from the room to pool make you feel youre not at tijuana the service was good even when we had travel 2 days before to caribean 5 stars hotels we discover that service here was better and food too i hope they aint change becausewhen they feel all is good they stop the effort dont do please keep the same in service and in attention
Think beforeyou stay here
I booked a 2 night stay Sat-Sun upon checking was not offered a free upgrade at a empty hotel , WTF so I was staying in the main tower on the 3rd floor. Upon entering the room everything appeared normal . Upon further examination there was a large stain on the carpet by the glass door. That’s one strike . Later that evening was taking a shower and say long hair in the tub from the previous guest “nasty “ strike 2 then upon further examination of the A/C vent in hallway it had not been replaced in over a year just covered with dust bunnies the filter was blue, but was covered in grey dust. Strike 3. In the time of Covad19 rooms need to be deep cleaned and fully Samoyed this is not the case here. Iv stayed three times this year and this my final time because this is a filthy and nasty property
