The floor tiles in the room were not glued down, very slippery and dangerous. Some of the tiles were not even of the correct size. it was room 1110 if you would care to take a look for yourself. The food was good and the waiter on the evening shift was very friendly.

Nice rooms, and amenities. Parking lot was safe and secure. The service and willingness to help by the staff was unparalleled to many I’ve experienced in the us. I would gladly go back to this property. Thank you

the staff and the accommodations were amazing! will stay here again when I am in the area. in town for medical tourism and was very pleased with everything this hotel had to offer. i especially loved the casino and the level of service we received.

I had the worsted hotel experience in my life, it was my first time traveling by myself. I did my check in on Wednesday (august 25) at 10 pm, the reception informed me that they didn’t have any available room at the moment even though I had a reservation, after while they did my checkin for a 2 beds instead of 1 king, but anyways this part is ok, I went to my room I took a shower and went to sleep, around 12 am I woke up hearing some noises, someone trying to open a door repeatedly times first I thought it could be in room the next to me but the more wake I was getting more I identifying that the noise was too close so I decided to went to check my door and for my surprise and panic had a MAN trying to get inside my room, luckily I had closed all the locks so I told him” stop this room is not available”, he said “ I’m so sorry” and stoped trying to open the door but he didn’t left at the moment he was standing at my door for a few seconds, I was REALLY scared I try to contact the receptionist by the hotel’s telephone and the line was unavailable. I called my husband by my phone while I was trying contact the hotel so he tried to calm me, after 10 mins I finally got to speak with the receptionist and he told me “ was my mistake I gave the wrong keys to the client I just got confused by one number but everything is ok” I couldn’t believe in his calm, I was already in panic! So I just told him “ I’m really scared and it is not ok, it was a terrible experience I’m here by myself and I just woke up with a man at my door it is not nice at all” he politely apologized and basically told me that he couldn’t do anything else. Ok after the incident I couldn’t sleep the whole night, any noise in the hallway put me in panic again, I felt insecure the whole time and I couldn’t think what would have happen if I hadn’t close all the locks, probably I would have woken with the guy inside of my room. I understand that mistakes happens and we are human but certain errors are not forgivable, the next day my father in law went to the hotel to support me talking with the manager (august 26 at 8am), I explained to her( Roxana) what happened and I requested my refund, she offered me the refund for the next night because I was leaving one day early which didn’t sounds fair to me, I requested the 2 nights refund because I didn’t pay to have an experience like that, she asked me to write down my requested for the hotel analyzes, I did and I’m still waiting an answer.

The only unfortunate situation was when a nasty American had to try and throw his weight around regarding the wearing of a mask in the restaurant. I am very happy to see that the management team did not fold. It is absurd to still see people acting like they own the place when they don’t. Keep your ugliness to yourself and let everyone else enjoy life. Very happy with the service. Thank You.
