Something sketchy going on here
The number of people waiting in their beat up cars every single night past midnight was a bit unnerving. Walking in, I wasn’t expecting to be hit in the face with an overwhelming smell of marijuana. I felt like I walked into a college dorm. Didn’t matter where you went, the smell was there. I must have missed the memo about the zoo being housed here. It sounded like a bunch of rabid elephants were trying to break free above me. Mind you, this was past midnight. We were able to switch rooms and it’s a good thing. Used tampon still in the trash of our original room, so I’m lead to believe it wasn’t cleaned properly. Couldn’t bring myself to use my black light. The bed was fairly comfortable, but I couldn’t get the ac or heat to change due to the batteries being half dead in the thermostat. Will not stay here again, or it’s counterpart next door.
Dirty rooms
We ended up leaving after inspecting our rooms. Dirty surfaces, smell of marijuana in the entire place. The other occupants of the hotel were loudly running back and forth. Loud music coming from rooms.
Best customer service!
I wanted to write this review regarding my customer service experience with Jeremy at the Country Inn Suite. He was highly professional and understanding and quick when accessing information regarding booking. I would like for the organization to know that as a customer, it is good to know you have great customer service employees which results to people returning to this location. Thanks again Jeremy!!
Pleasant experience
Staff was pleasant. Cold breakfast was good. Coffee was very good. Thank you staff. Room was clean and internet service was very good. The TV reception was good and we enjoyed our stay. We are looking forward to the next time we come.
Great staff
This was a great stay. I was there for two months on business. Best staff and value. They treat everyone with respect. Very clean with the COVID exception. Nice place overall. I will stay there again.
