We stayed here for the 4th time this week. It was as usual, comfortable and such a beautiful place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The weather and views were great. Food was good and a good d range of beer and ciders. A perfect place to stay.

Very friendly but overuse of "Hi guys" service was good but slow as staff shortage which was such a shame as they were trying very hard, food was not the best as chef also off, which was disappointing, the main concern was morning staff and cleaners were the only members of staff to be wearing masks and cleaning, day/evening staff no masks or cleaning done, no windows or doors open to let through fresh air, also cutlery exposed in pots on the table for anyone to handle other places wrap cutlery in serviettes individually and bring out with food in these times think this is important. When you book online aked any special requests! these were not taken into consideration. ,
Family Wedding Stay

4 nights of outstanding service, quality and kindness by the whole team - even in these challenging times! The setting outstanding, rooms beautiful oh and listening to the sea Devine. The Staff what can I say - over and above the call of duty so kind, thoughtful and professional. Thanks in particular to Marcus & Stephen - post wedding breakfast for 28 - no problem! The kitchen team wow! I and my whole family including my new extended one cannot thank you enough - highly recommend at least one stay in this fabulous place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Really Good Customer Service

Staying at Trebarwith in August our party of 7 received excellent customer service, the managers were so obliging. In fact we cancelled a table in a nearby village pub to visit again. The food was very good and under difficult circumstances the staff all had a smile on their faces. Nothing beats sitting on the patio watching the sunset with a chilled glass of sauvignon

Just come home form 3 nights at The Port William Inn. We were very lucky to book a room last minute (due to a cancellation) . Location is amazing and the staff were the best. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and very helpful., especially considering they were SO busy. The Port William is very dog friendly - Bilbo loved it there. The room was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic sea view, and the food was excellent. My only regret was not getting chance to try the desserts.
