The premises are conveniently located on the main road between the Motorway and Tivoli which is about 5 km far from the hotel. A Parking lot is available. Rooms are large enough but pretty essential. Perhaps some painting or new furnitures would be appreciated. The staff is friendly

This hotel is on a main road about 15 minutes drive from Tivoli and a short drive from Villa Adriana. A large featureless hotel with basic rooms and not particularly helpful or friendly staff. The "family" rooms - full of beds and not much else - look out over a slightly derelict landscape. Bathrooms are clean but basic. A case of you get what you pay for.

Stopped by as a halfway point on a long road trip, so won't evaluate as a tourist location. As a mid price hotel goes, it good value for money. The front desk staff are very competent and very helpful. the rooms could do with a do over, especially the windows which let air (and external noise) in. Unfortunately we booked a room on a night in which the hotel restaurant was host a teenage party, and our room was directly above the restaurant. Luckily they changed our room without evening asking, but as I mentioned there is no soundproofing, so until late in the night we had to bear with rowdy teens outside the windows (we were on the 3rd floor). Breakfast buffet was good with alot of variety, and the restaurant not all crowded. I would book again (but I would check for functions first). Has a large free carpark and external pool.

If you would like to touch the heritage of the Time with your closest ones - Tivoli is here for you with its best! Hotel Cristallo is able to offer you and your family great location, excellent service, fabulous meals included and really polite staff ready to solve any situation! So everything you need is just don't be lazy visiting all those places around and enjoy your golden family time with Love and Thankfulness! An ADVICE: we strongly recommend you to wear snickers for villa's tours :))) We wish everyone a nice time in Tivoli and Cristallo Hotel!!! They are the best!!!

A hotel on the right spot

This hotel is in Tivoli where the tourist want to go. We had a room with blinded windows, what was a bit strange. But this hotel is not expensive. It has a big pool. Staff is nice. But you need to have transport to go to Villa Hadriani. The food was okay. The beds strong.
