Great Hotel Premium
The Rixos Premium Bodrum is a unique hotel. Located in a bay, on a hill with beautiful views of the sea and islands. This is a PREMIUM hotel with great service, delicious food and attention to detail. The hotel offers comfortable, spacious and elegant rooms. I recommend those with a sea view - it is beautiful. The hotel service cares about guests, through whatsapp you can ask for help and arrange everything without visiting the reception. Thank you very much, Mrs. Derya Ates, who took care of us every day and did everything possible for us to have a beautiful holiday. Hotel Rixos Premium Bodrum will meet the expectations of the most demanding customers. The ultra all inclusive hotel offers high-quality alcohol. The hotel also has a very good SPA, where we experienced high-quality massages. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Bodrum.
Lobby and People’s Restaurant
I really think Eray from Lobby Bar and Aziz Captain Chef from People’s Restaurant deserve a promotion :) they are such nice people. Really enjoyed my stay because of them. Also, they always cared for us and offered us special cocktails made by them and their nice ocmbinations. I really hope they’ll get promoted soon. Thank you :)
Rixos Premium Review
The hotel is splendid. Newly renovated, the olive concept is very natural, soothing and relaxing. The food is outstanding, meeting and even exceeding the highest expectations. But the greatest credit goes to the guest relations crew. The girls are very accommodating and professional. They made us feel special and turned our stay here into a dream vacation. We look forward to visiting Rixos Premium again sooner rather than later.
Relax and fresh vocation in Rxs
At first I would you like to express , Rixos premium Bodrum has one of the most valuable and precious location of the this town . It’s has own island and blue flag beach , I visited with my family in October it was really relax Vocation. Nature , surroundings of hotel amazing and clean . Food were so delicious. We would you like to thanks to all staff and management for hospitality. But hotel need renovation I hope you will get it soon. In any case thanks for agean holiday. Hope see you next year. I am going to go to take my parents also for next year. !!
AVOID this hotel! Not 5* and staff give the hotel a bad name
My partner and I stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum for 1 week and paid quite an excessive amount of money as we expect to receive high quality food and hospitality. The food was ok, nothing amazing. It was very standard and not 5*. The à la carte restaurants are a waste of time and money - the buffet was more enjoyable. Staff spoke terrible English, they did not even understand the basics. The hotel itself was standard definitely not worth the price we paid. The entertainment is repeated every couple of days which was disappointing. The cleaners will steal anything expensive they can get their hands on in the hotel room. The day before me and my partner was leaving we returned to our hotel room to find a £350 designer t-shirt had been stolen from our room. You would assume a 5* hotel you would be able to leave your belongings in drawers/ wardrobes without the cleaners stealing it! We reported this to the hotel guest relation staff and they assured us they would do everything they can to find it, they even made sure we did not go to the police to report it as stolen until they had carried out a full check with their offsite cleaning staff/factory. The day it went missing we had 3 members of staff carry out a full room/luggage check to ensure we had no misplaced it. The item was never found. The day we was returning home we got up early to get an update on our missing Item and the guest relation staff members suddenly became very abrupt and aggressive making comments such as “you’ve checked out now not our problem”, “this is your fault not ours” and “you have lost it not our staff”. I then asked to speak to a manager and they said “managers don’t work here on Sundays”. At this point the lady was following me around the reception area telling other members of staff to not to speak to me and not to give me her name. She then took her name badge off and was refusing to give us any information regarding our missing item and was making sure no other members of staff would communicate with us. She even was laughing in our face! You would never receive such foul and unprofessional customer service at a 5* hotel it has definitely ruined the hotels name and I would recommend saving your money and book somewhere else!
