Stayed at the bisha hotel a few times and this hotel is amazing to stay at. Gorgeous rooms, and the hotel Manager Jonathan always delievers excellent customer service and hospitality for the hotel guests. When your in Toronto, this is the hotel to stay at! Thank You Jonathan!

5 Star Hotel! The Bisha is by far one of our favourite hotels and we've stayed in plenty of high end boutique hotels in many different cities. Jenna is amazing! She makes us feel welcomed and is extremely accommodating she is the epitome of an excellent Hotel Manager! The rest of the staff are also extremely friendly, polite and offer great service. The hotel decor is by far superior to most hotels. The rooms match the entire aesthetic of the hotel and lobby unlike many hotels which have beautiful lobby's and out dated or very bland rooms. Just know that when you arrive and enter into the gorgeous lobby you'll get the same vibe once you enter your room! It’s a must that you get room service especially for breakfast the food is by far some of the best in any hotel we've stayed at. There’s also a really cool Bar called Mr. C it has such a great vibe and really good drinks! Last but not least if you’re staying at the Bisha you need to book Akira Back! It’s a fantastic restaurant with amazing service! The drinks and sushi are some of the best you can find in Toronto.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with respect and kindness. The staff genuinely care for you and your requests, and you are always made a top priority. You can text them for absolutely anything, making communication a breeze. The facilities are stunning, making everything you do in the hotel luxurious. We have definitely found our regular vacation spot and will be returning as often as we possibly can.

We stayed in one of the suites at Bisha hotel it was a wonderful experience. It was a very special stay for us and the staff at Bisha made it perfect! From front desk, valet service, room comfort and luxury, room service all of it was exceptionally memorable!

What’s not to love? We experienced amazing customer service at Bisha - nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, from the check-in desk to the wait staff in the restaurant (Kōst). Beds were very comfortable and decor en pointe. Dinner at Akira Back was a special treat.
