Clean rooms and friendly reception at check in but hugely overpriced. Hotel is attached to a pub which didn't cause me any noise issues but I was not aware it would be from photos. However, the noise from neighbouring rooms/corridors was inconvenient and woke me at night. The guests were not overly loud, the walls are just thin and the building old. Mattress and pillows very hard and uncomfortable. I would not stay again.

I stayed at number 23 in one of apartments for a night.Very clean spacious and had everything I needed,food was awesome as where the staff.Also the music from the jam session above didn’t bother me.good value for money, would stay again for longer

My room was booked way ahead of my stay and there were other rooms available . My room was on the other side of a single skin wall to the bar were an extremely loud open mic night was going on. I was not warned and had the racket virtually all evening

Have just got back from the Heritage Hotel,lovely and clean,staff so friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 17 fantastic views across the bay. 15 minutes walk along the front to the town. Lots of choices for breakfast, lady who served breakfast so nice and chatty. Receptionist very helpful .,nothing was to much trouble . Would definitely return. Thank you all so much for making our break enjoyable.

Nice hotel cleans beds sheets good breakfast. Staff working really hard very long hours. Only down side for us was the steps that my parents struggled with as on a hill but that was my fault for not checking beforehand! Despite Bar area being really busy Saturday night there was no noise after 11pm that was audible from our rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful and working very hard all the time we stayed.
