I called asking for early check in and Amman was soooo helpful and sweet I absolutely will be back when I come back into town. I also thought I would need a late check out and he asked his manager and got right back to me since it was later than allowed. Thanks again
Stole my MacBook

This place is disgusting. Rooms have mold and smell. People who rate it higher than 1 star have very VERY low standards and it worries me. My MacBook was stolen by cleaning crew maybe even hotel workers. Find my app literally shows the last location in the hotel and they claim they didn’t find it. They were rude and made us come multiple times because “apparently” they have multiple lost and found places so I had to come few times for them to tell me they didn’t see it. I haven’t heard anything more ridiculous. My shoes literally stuck to the carpet how dirty it was. Never again.
A total waste of money staying in your car is way better!!!!!

I don’t know where to start with this establishment first off there’s no parking unless your going eat at the restaurant on the property. The hotel is so out dated the staff never comes to clean the rooms . The non - smoking rooms still smell like smoke . The sheets are dirty . The free breakfast is so dirty and it smells like old moldy bread . The rooms with the balcony are the most ragedy rooms but they try to charge you way more for them . The hotel keys always stop working .The air doesn’t work u have to leave your balcony door open to cool the room you can hear people arguing and having sex definitely not a place for a family . Be careful with your personal items because the house keeping steals and let’s not forget they charge you twice for your stay and act like they don’t know what’s going on. This place is a nightmare. Never book here you will regret it . The short Indian man who own the hotel is so rude and his staff are racist.
Avoid at all cost

Where do I start?? Let me preface this review by stating I am a 20 year Law Enforcement veteran, so I can read people and situations much better than the average person. When we pulled into this property there was a male either sleeping or passed out in a blanket at the foot of the hotel building. I entered the building and approached the front desk with a copy of my pre-booked reservation and confirmation number. The clerk(s), both foreign were difficult to understand but they stated they were unable to check us in because of issues on their end. I asked when they would be able to check us in, both stated, they had no idea and it may be later in the evening or tomorrow, however if I paid in CASH they could check me right in. I advised them to forget it, cancel the reservation and that I would be calling Wyndham corporate. I went to my car and drove around the back of the property to make a call to Wyndham corporate. As I did so, my phone received a text from my bank which indicated the hotel just helped themselves to $127.15 from my bank account. I called WYNDHAM corporate to attempt to resolve the situation. As I did so, I noticed what a dump the hotel was. It appeared that the hotel clientele was primarily recently released felons, low end street walkers and drug dealers and addicts. In fact, while I was parked to the rear of the hotel I was approached by a male looking for money and a female looking for help with her disabled car. Wyndham corporate was able to re-book us at another property near LAX which was stellar. On my way out I re-entered the lobby to report that I was just billed for a deposit, which both clerks denied happened even though I showed them my bank statement on my cell phone, of course their accents became thicker and they became even far more difficult to understand.. I decided to cut my losses and resolve the charge with my bank before I became the victim of a homicide, assault or robbery. This place is a dump, I would avoid it all cost UNLESS you are doing so on a dare, a bet or to gather information to write a book on how the "other half" lives.
