Bad experience. Avoided if you can.

This hotel is not a good place for families. The corridors on the second floor smelled like smoke, weed, and were dirty. When we asked the front desk to change rooms, the receptionist said no. Worst of all, we came back with flea bites on our bodies.

I have stayed at many Extended Stay Hotels and Have been very disappointed, most of them run out of towels, sheets and they need to upgrade these hotels. I even experience bed bugs at the Torrance hotel.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Janice was extremely helpful she was able to upgrade my room to have my brother stay with me. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Los Angeles. Thank you Once again Janice for going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my stay was amazing.

Extended stay America del amo Circle is Great place to stay it quiet and very peaceful very relaxing, The General Manager Danielle does a awesome job running this establishment she very professional as well as kind and pleasant, the front desk employee Marquise is awesome, very knowledgeable as well as professional does a outstanding job , I really like staying here at this location because everyone makes you feel welcome and very appreciated with such kindness respect as well as professionalism! Wonderful stay

10 out of 10 for me. The staff is extremely helpful and very professional. The hotel is under new management and they have made it a quiet calm place to be. The parking lot is safe, the laundry room is clean. The lobby is inviting. And the halls at quiet. Will stay here again.
