Very tired and in need of a revamp

This hotel is very centrally located near all the main tourist places and close to the Metro. The staff are very nice and even managed to get us an early check in. However when we got to our room it was really disappointing. The decoration was very tired. The carpet was stained and worn and had definitely seen better days. On the plus side, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is undergoing renovation and hopefully gets through this soon.

The first room we have been assigned was not clear, hairs in the bath and left over of the previous guest in the fridge during covid? Seriously? For the mistake we obtain a room which was worse then the first one and an apologies... I would have expected somenthing more! An error can be made, but the way you solve it says a lot about your customer care policy. It needs to be renovated. The location, on the other hand, is very close to the centre of the town. The supplementary price for the animals in my opinion is too high, same opinion for the breakfast cost, which is not included. If you can chose do not go to the underground parking in front of the hotel... It really expensive, almost 30 euro from 8 pm to 10 am.

As it is rated a 4 star hotel the overall stay was very disappointing. All the hotel spaces appear quite old and need to be renovated. My room was just acceptable but, by chance, it was a suite while my collegue who had a standard room had even a problem of flooding in the bathroom because during one night it had rained. The breakfast was also a bad experience: a small room with very few small tables and a very poor choice of food. The only good thing is the location which is really central and near a lot of restaurants and the main tourist sites. It is a pity that it is so run-down.

The hotel is very well located in center of Toulouse. The service is very good and friendly. The quality price is not bad. The lobby is not welcoming, no real seatting area to receive people and no restaurant. The room I bad was clean but too small.

Lots to be unhappy about...

Went with a close friend. Hotel has good location BUT... - fridge didn’t work and management didn’t care until the 3rd day out of 5 - cleaner left our room window OPEN during the day (the rooms are neighbouring and connected on the balcony and easily crossed between even on higher floors). Ridiculous! - wifi didn’t work after which I was told to ‘Just sit in the lobby and use that’...seriously?! - carpets dirty - uncomfortable bathroom and shower with bad temperature control. We will not be staying here again
