The girl at check in could not have been more welcoming or helpful and got our first visit to Toulouse off to a great start
The room as requested was quiet and perfect for our trip
The location was excellent

The reception was slow but uneventful, one of the two keys didn’t work otherwise not terrible but hardly welcoming. The room can best be described as shabby, the carpet a collage of stains in a myriad of colours and textures. The bathroom door handle was at least partially attached to the door, so plus points for hanging in there.
Breakfast is advertised until 11am, but don’t be foolish, at 9:30 there was hardly anything to eat on „display„. The Display itself consisted of a few unappetizing plates loosely scattered with dry looking cold cuts, cheese rind and the most interesting yellow liquid masquerading as scrambled eggs, not fully cold and nowhere near warm, I’m going with tepid.
The service deserves a special mention, as we sat down the tables around us were loudly dragged from the room past our noses and anyone foolish enough to stand for a coffee (not pleasant) had there remaining breakfast and table removed before they returned. As my table had neither cutlery or glass and the staff were too busy moving tables to notice me, I retrieved them myself, only to be most rudely informed that I was not to help myself. A request for hot milk with the coffee was equally rudely declined.

Super convenient as it is in the heart of the city centre, 5mins walk from subway, plenty of shops and restaurants... Rooms a tad small but clean.
Cycling around the city is strongly recommended!
Good place to stay.
Great business stay

I've been going to this novotel for my personal business trips and it's by far the novotel with the utmost personality.
A special thanks to Camille and Cherlise for their professionalism and for always making sure that I make the best out of my trips.
Great location and with all the best cuisine nearby.
A combination for a great stay.

This is an excellent hotel for the price being centrally located for pretty much all you could want in this fabulous French city.
The rooms are plenty large enough with excellent shower and toilet facilities.
Wifi is strong & solid and heating is adjustable in each room.
Breakfast is good quality with a choice of cooked or continental.
Staff are helpful and speak good English.
We went for a rugby game as a team of four and none of us had any complaints.
There is an enormous choice of bars, cafes, and restaurants next, door, near by and a short walk away but you might want to find the market place just around the corner where a whole array of top quality food is for sale but also, on the first floor, there is a wide array of boutique cafe/restaurants all selling high quality local produce. Every desire is catered for. The only thin that might disappoint is you may have to queue as it it very popular with the locals which should tell you all you need to know..
