Royalton gym is amazing I being to the gym and it was in excellent condition with very professional trainers Kymani and Philip the equipments are very good just what I need for a amazing workout, I also did aqua fit and it was good even tho the trx was hard for me lol…thankyou

My visit October 2019 with 19 people was so impressive, service, food, that I wanted to return 2021 with 16 people, my travel agent was so impressed with my 2019 trip she brought her family and friends this year the same week. Last year I purchased the suite i loved my room my sisters that year were in the towers they to were so impressed they wanted what I had in 2019 we both paid the same rate with the expectation of getting the towers I even requested a swim out room to be told that there was none available. Upon my arrival my name did not even appear on the reservation at the hotel the room was listed in my brothers name even after showing my itinerary i was still no where to be found. I was finally moved to Blue Waters to compensate also thanks to the Marriott rep for her help. After they had cut my room key off in the Diamond Club Lounge I realized I left my rapid speed IPhone charger in room 714. Within ten minutes it was gone with only the made entering the room. I filled a report with hotel security at 1:30 am I received a call from hotel security needing to come to my room, me thinking they found my charger, however, they came to inspect my positions to see if I was lying he stated “it’s part of our investigation” at 1:30 am I was all ready disappointed at the fact that My son and I arrived with out our luggage to be told it was in Atlanta and would arrive the following day. One of the perks was premium liquor, however, not one bar opened had any thank you Marriott rep for my personal bottle being Marriott Elite does have its perks This visit to Royalton White Sands was not the same as my first visit employee on cellphones seemed more important than guest. Employees vulgar language & conversation with each other around the bars, including supervisors was more important than assisting guest. Activities for guest employees were more engulfed (headphones party) that guess were being totally ignored. I don’t know why I had 2 Buttler’s only saw one the other on communicated by text why did I pay for Diamond Club

The experience was great 10/10 Staff was excellent big ups to our waitress Marsha she was exceptionally great thumbs up peeps. We had everything taken care off didn’t want to leave the front desk staff was great also they helped us right through our honeymoon would visit again.
Twins amazing sweet 16

I came for my twins sweet 16 and brought 5 lively teens. From the moment we arrived the staff in the Diamond club treated us like royalty. This set the stage for what was to come. The rooms were beautiful. My twins had the presidential suite with the in room tub and large balcony. They loved it. My butlers Shemar and Julio were super attentive the entire time. They initiated contact constantly and made sure i needed nothing. When they were leaving they let me know and put me in connection with whoever would take over. Moya from blue waters decorated my twins room in their favorite colors and left them a special desert. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the time of our lives. The resort is beautiful clean and safe. The staff is friendly and kind. Kemone from the buffet ( two have similar names the one I’m referencing worked evenings) was so helpful in catering to our religious requirements of no pork she even alerted the other staff so they would know whenever we arrived. The bellhops were gentle with my bags and arranged cabs to excursions. The front desk was patient answering questions and providing masks when we rushed out without one. I love the bracelet key system it’s so hassle free and unique. I would definitely stay at the royalton again and again. I wanted luxury and i got it the entire time. They catered to 5 teen girls and kept them happy which isn’t easy to do. The only small issue was the lack of non pork meats and in my eagerness i hired a local makeup artist and i had to pay $110 for her to enter the resort and do the girls makeup. She was only coming to perform a service but i understand she had access to the resorts amenities so i understand. However the hotel has a makeup artist on site at the spa I just didn’t know beforehand.

I stayed at the Royalton with my daughter who is 10 years old. We received outstanding service from our butlers Kamal and Lennox. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Kamal and Lennox helped me to plan out each of my days there, planning activities , reservations for restaurants and etc. The experience with these gentleman guarantees that I will be returning for another trip. I have recommended to my friends and family to visit this resort.
