Stay here
Well run hotel, clean , modern, beautiful location with many surrounding amenities in the area. So much nicer than staying on the US 19 corridor in New Port Richey. A special shout out to front desk guy Patrick R. Always a smile and a friendly greeting. Deduct one star for not having eggs every morning at the breakfast. This was our first stay here and will be our hotel of choice for our many trips as we have family in the area.
Clean Hotel, Great Location, and Phenomenal Staff!
I had a great stay at this Holiday Inn Express! The hotel is clean, and they do a really good job in following the Covid protocols. I felt safe and was worry-free during my 4-day stay. The breakfast is better than expected, and it's not just grab & go. They do have omelets, bacon, biscuits, gravy, etc. Good options, and after having spent $45 at a chain restaurant the first morning (3 people and the food was yuck!), we took full advantage off the offerings. With all of that said, I MUST commend the hotel on their phenomenal team members! Cathy was just wonderful-she was warm, caring, and genuine. She always took the time to really listen to the guests. Patrick...what to say about Patrick! What a happy guy! He was never without a smile and it was truly contagious! And of course, Melita. Melita is hands-down the cheeriest morning person you'll ever encounter! She served up breakfast every day with great, positive energy and always wished everyone a great day. So, again-good job IHG-you did good in pulling this dream team together. Don't let them go! I can't wait to come back and see them again in 2021!
Great Stay
The stay at the Holiday Inn and Suits was delightful, relaxing, enjoyable, and well worth the money. The staff was courteous and extremely professional. Although the hotel has been here for 4 years, it has the appearance of a brand new hotel. The entire hotel was clean and all the staff was very welcoming. We enjoyed the pool at the end of the evening relaxing while listening to the symphony on nature, thanks to the lake adjacent to the property. We even had the pleasure of spotting a couple of alligators peacefully cruising up and down the lake. Our strongest personal recommendation to select this hotel for your next stay to the area.

me and my wife came to town for a surgery she had. We were at this hotel for 3 days. The staff was very professional and friendly, Want a shout out to PATRICK,MELITA, AND A HUGE SHOUT OUT AND THANK YOU TO KELSEY . In our view she is a angel who goes above and beyond . Family Friendly Hotel
Staff was welcoming and professional. Hotel was clean with added bonus of outdoor lounging area. Location was also convenient just a short drive to restaurants and retail stores. Overall great family friendly hotel had a great stay.
