Excelencia en la Atención
La calidad y buen gusto de sus instalaciones se ven superadas aún por la calidad del servicio y del personal. Nos impactó la dedicación a nuestro arribo y en nuestra estancia de la Sra Esther. Nos ayudó mucho a mejorar nuestra vusita a Trogil y a solucionar un inconveniente del viaje. Pienso volver.
Stay for the staff alone!
We had such a wonderful time here. We stayed for 6 days here and got to know the staff who were really wonderful. They upgraded us when there was a small problem with our room which is very kind. As a few months have passed I have forgotten names but the guy who let me have a go with the music (he's got nice new trainers!) I think his name is marin or Marius maybe. The barman who made great tequila slammers, the barmaid who was really funny and made excellent coffee (Anna maybe?) the receptionist who was so friendly throughout our stay! Pool is lovely, gym is great and breakfast was wonderful. Well worth the money and I hope to return some day .
Incredible stay, amazing upgrade and great staff!
We wanted to get away once lockdown was lifted in the UK and we couldn't have chosen a better place to come and relax. Brown Beach is a beautiful hotel and the staff all made us feel so welcome. We loved chatting to the great staff at breakfast and during the day who made our holiday so fun. We couldn't have been happier when we were told we were upgraded not just once but twice (we went to Brac for a few nigh and came back to Brown Beach for our final night). The suites are bigger than our flat at home and we couldn't believe how much space we had, and how luxurious the suite was. The food was brilliant at breakfast and we enjoyed many lunches around the pool. The swimming pool is a real highlight of this hotel and perfect to just relax and enjoy the sun. We also enjoyed being able to swim in the sea whenever we fancied too! Incredible hotel that allowed us to fully relax in 5 star luxury. Thank you so much to all the amazing staff who made our holiday so special, we would love to come back one day :)
Amazing stay and fantastic massage!
We are still at the hotel but wanted to leave a review now before life gets in the way! We are absolutely loving the hotel so far, the hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. We were upgraded upon arrival to a loft room with jacuzzi which has been perfect for us. I had a massage today with Claudia - the best massage I’ve ever had, she makes you feel so at ease and the massage pressure was perfect! Thank you for a wonderful stay Brown Beach, we’d love to come back.

I'm 100% sure this is the best hotel in Trogir! Extremely polite staff, great room with nice design. We got an upgrade. ❤️ Fantastic breakfast, great drinks and beautiful pool. 7 - 8 minutes walk to the old city. Hvala na svemu 🇭🇷🇧🇦
