If you have a rental, it will cost you to park, and you have to get a token from the desk anytime you want to get out of their lot. Beds aren't very comfortable, but the room was clean. Didn't eat in their little restaurant, but there is a bakery a few kilometers away called Bröhls that was spectacular.

Coach trip with Shearings

Arrived here at 10pm after 15 hour trip from U.K. with Shearings. Bar closed, no food available and room was supposed to be an upgrade but distinctly average. I would not recommend this hotel Shearings were very poor. Set off from U.K. in. Modern coach with WiFi and charging points. Changed to an older coach with WiFi that didn’t work and no charging points. Asked the driver about WiFi and he wasn’t interested!!!! Then after paying nearly £600 for the holiday, they insisted in charging us £1 for a small cup of weak coffee? Disgusting!!! My holiday had hardly begun and I would never use Shearings ever again, they don’t care about customers and I am totally disgusted..... 10 hours travelling without WiFi !!!!!

For somewhere to sleep it's OK

We stopped here for an overnight stay on a Shearings holiday. The checking in was quick. The delivery of cases was not. And finding out at 10.20 no bar, no place to get a snack, it was not the best for the start of a Christmas trip. In the end we went hunting for our cases so we could go to bed. The rooms were fine basic but a decent shower and the twin beds OK. Except I hate sleeping on rubber mattress protectors they are noisy and make you sweat! And I haven't wet a bed since being a toddler! The room was facing the road so we had car noise all night and we had a view of the Shell garage. The early breakfast at 7pm was a shambles the food when it did appear was OK but it was so badly organised. And finding that the cheap wooden clothes hangars had nails hanging out of them, hence snagging your clothes was the icing on the cake in this miserable hotel with no Christmas spirit or atmosphere.

Very nice and quite hotel with a good breakfast. Beds are nice and soft. Desk in the room is a bit short, but still usable as a working desk. The number of non-German channels and radio channels on the tv are limited. Receptionist is very friendly and professional.

Dirty rooms and very moderate breakfast

First we’ve got rooms that weren’t cleaned yet. The manager didn’t know they were dirty so he gave us new rooms wich was nice. They were cleaned but the floor was still dirty. The next morning we want to breakfast. You can eat untill 12 am. We arrived at 9 am and everything was almost empty and i saw hair on the food!!!!! Overall i don’t recommend this Hotel
