The room was very nice. Nice bathroom with a good shower. We did not have breakfast there, so I can't comment on that part of their service. It was quiet during the night, and the staff was very nice. They had very good internet service.

Staff welcoming and accommodating. Comfortable beds. Only thing is please fix the hot tub that was the reason I stayed. Other than that everything was good. I couldn’t hear the neighbors on either side.

Smells and sticky

Smelled and Sticky. Floors are gross room had an Oder. Bed was clean and pillow was nice. Breakfast was regular nothing special. Parking lot was small for truck and trailer. Pool was not an option it was very blue. The guy at the front desk was new and helpful.

Where do I begin?! To start, this place clearly hasn’t been updated since it was originally built - and that is the least of its problems. The hallway/room we were in said no smoking, but it was obvious that smoking was allowed years prior, because you can smell it in everything. The room itself was dingy and had water stains and mold spots on the ceiling. The microwave was so old it was a dial microwave rather than digital. When I went to get a plastic cup from the pile of cups stacked on each other, there were pubic type hairs in the cup below the cup I picked up. Then of course the most horrifying part of the trip- the first morning while we were getting ready for the day, we saw a bed bug run across the bed. We notified the front desk and checked out immediately. I proceeded to spend the entire rest of weekend doing what I could to reduce our chances of taking them home with us. It was hours and hours of cleaning, vacuuming, laundering, etc. Finally, the pool smelled awful and definitely did not smell properly chlorinated. Which of course is a major health hazard. There is clearly no investing or even proper maintaining of any kind being done to this hotel. I’m appalled anyone is allowed to operate this way. It seems the ownership wants to continue enjoying a steady revenue steam without reinvesting anything into upkeep or repair- and definitely not updates. I understand this is a lower end hotel, and normally we don’t stay in this tier hotel. But our son had a baseball tourney nearby for the weekend, so we chose this for the fact that they had an open pool and were in close proximity. Regardless of being a low budget hotel, that doesn’t excuse the disregard for hygiene in the common areas and rooms. And that includes regular monitoring and treatment of bed bugs. From other reviews I now see they’ve had this problem for years. Awful, horrible place.

A simple budget property located off of the interstate for a convenient option when passing though. Bed comfort, room size and bath products all about average, but clean and priced attractively. For a single night stay it was perfectly adequate.
