Convenient Location with an Average Quality Experience- Nothing Special Here
Reviewed 1 november, 2021
The rooms are clean but show wear. There is loud street noise unless you ask to be on the backside of the building. I requested a room change and it's much quieter. The pool and lounge area are really tired, worn and dated with a lot of street noise. This is my first time staying here as I am seeking a quality experience in Tucson since I frequently visit but I have yet to find one.
Dirty, poor service, and smelly!

The woman at the front desk wore her mask around her chin. She was slow and not helpful. The entire hotel smelled like weed. The room was dirty, dingy and the street noise kept me up all night. I was there less than 10 hours, (the bathroom was so gross, I didn’t bother to shower) and it was too long.
Good place for parents visiting the University of Arizona

This location is across the street from UofA. It's easy to walk near Greek row and the different sports stadium. Due to COVID-19, they do not come into the room after you check in, which made sense to me. The thing that didn't make sense was going to the front desk to get water. Two bottles a day. It just seems there should be some way to have a touchless hand off. Not sure what that is, but I found that part annoying. The room was clean. It's a decent size. The staff is nice. Masks are required outside your room, and all guests were compliant. Even in the elevators, guests were very careful about getting on and off. There was hand-sanitizer outside the elevator on our floor. It is very chic. Cement floors in the lobby. I'm sure college students love visiting.
First Aloft Visit

It’s my first visit to an Aloft. Such a cute chic hotel. Very boutique. Nick at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. My bed is like a cloud, the shower was fantastic and Bliss products in the room with free bottled water and a sweet little PPE kit ❤️❤️❤️ I’ll be visiting more Alofts in the future!

I stayed in RM411 for a week due to my work in Banner covid units. Its location is great. It is within University of Arizona campus and across the street from Banner Hospital. There are many good restaurants nearby. My favorite is Miss Saigon, next to the hotel. The traffic noise is bothering me because I am a day sleeper. I requested to change for a quieter room, but was denied by the receptionist. She has dark hair. She said that " Unfortunately all Banner employees stay on the 4th floor odd numbered room facing the street". She offered me room 405 or 407, but later she told me the noise level were same. She offered me ear plugs and eye mask. Does she have common sense that I need to rest for work? What kind of hotel management strategy strictly putting Banner customers which room to stay? I understand that no daily clean room service, complimentary breakfast, gym and pool service due to pandemic. But I don't find comfort relaxing stay and poor customer service. The carpet floor are worn and dirty. For one week staying I had not heard anyone vacuumming the hallway.
