I will be back
I stayed for 3 nights, one night was free because I am a rewards member. Close to the freeway for an easy commute. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back with my family, our stay was awesome.
Worse hotel room ever.
Worse room ever. Bed sheet wringled and not tucked, missing a duvet cover. Shear drapes was old with multiple tears and stains, carpet had multiple stain. I wish I could post photos to show you. Finally the front desk notified the Management who then said they could not provide another room.
Checked in and immediately out
The lobby reeked of marijuana. That’s a turn off right off the bat. I thought maybe a room on the top floor would be okay. Boy was I wrong. The second I walked into the room, I was hit in the face with the smell of cigarette smoke. I went downstairs and checked out immediately. Don’t waste your money staying here.
Scary
I got to my room at midnight, there were people going in and out. The only parking spots were in dark areas, several cars seemed like they have never moved. The service at the desk and my room were great (except for a few spots on one of the covers). The rest was very frightening especially since I had things in my car that I did not know would get stolen
Mask rule completely ignored- did not feel safe staying
Stayed one night at the hotel. Check in was smooth and the front desk lady was friendly and was wearing a mask .The bed side table wasn't clean properly. It had stains of the cup. Really? In the era of Corona virus spreading like a fire all around California. Next morning when I came out the Front Desk person wasn't wearing a mask. Second time I saw her holding a coffee pot in one hand by the window in breakfast area and still not wearing a mask. I saw another employee coming in she wasn't wearing a mask either. Third time while checking out she still wasn't wearing a mask. I mentioned that I wasn't comfortable with her not wearing a mask in and around in the common area. She said she has one in the bag. I guess the business just doesn't want to follow any guidelines to prevent the spread of Corona Virus. Mind that mask are not to keep it your bag. They are to be worn. It is mandatory by Governors order. No wonder Central Valley has so many cases of Covid. Usually I don't give 1 star but come on people please understand this is for your safety and others. It is not difficult to cover your nose and mouth.
