Owners are Rude
Truckers and Pilot Cars beware! Watch your charges. Pet friendly yet they do not inforce the clean up rule. Staff at Country Inn and Suites/Radisson WAY nicer. Much better customer service. Rooms are comparable..
Very impressed
Stayed a few days during my orientation at a local trucking company. Place really is nice and the staff was very friendly. Not been many places that I can say was a better stay then here. All in all was a great stay!
Great Hotel
The front desk clerk was very nice. The rooms were clean, quite and spacious. They are a pet friendly hotel we were traveling with a large GSD, We did not have any problems. They have the usual fare, in case you forgot something.
New Property - Still Working Out The Bugs
I stayed here on May 15, 2020. I had a spacious king room. This property is new to the Holiday Inn Express Family. The guest services representative, Beatriz, was friendly as well as attentive and check in was seamless. There were No in room instructions on how to operate the tv, so I just used my smartphone. The housekeeper haf Not flushed the toliet from the previous guest; Gross. The mattress was Not as comfortable as the previous 5 Holiday Inn Express properties that I had just stayed with. The fact that they were the Only ones Not to offer a Breakfast Bag was Disappointing. You get what you pay for, definitely Not up to Holiday Inn Express standards.
Worst Experience Ever!
We came to town to visit family. We stayed 3 nights and were going to stay another week. Except the manager and staff bullied us due to having a pet THAT WE PAID EXTRA FOR! We paid $81 a night instead of $55 only to have the maid open the door at 9:30am on our 3rd day while we were still sleeping. She claimed her boss told her to check due to the dog. When I went to get our $100 deposit for the dog that he took on top of the extra per day he secretly went to look at the room. My husband was getting the last of our things out and he startled him yet again! Last thing coming out of the room and the maid once again tried to walk in! Needless to say we were told not to come back and we hadn’t even done anything wrong. Room was just as clean as when we checked in. Motel 6 around the corner has a better weekly rate. Just FYI 🙃
