More about the hotel
Clean and nice but bathrooms need updating
Very nice hotel. Sparkling clean and the restaurant is very good—our waiter was fantastic. Only issue is the bathroom needs updated—clearly hasn’t been for quite a while. Clean, but way outdated. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will stay here again.
Happy Customer
This facility was very good. Just be aware if you are unsure of anything, you will have to ask. Questions of concent may be parking, check out time, facilities available, etc. The front desk did not offer this information, we had to ask,
Never Again
I checked in late, around 11pm. At the hotel I could not get dinner, could not get a drink, could not get room service. There is no guest parking, it never stated I would have to pay $12 a day for parking. I was fined a $75 penalty from their parking lot because I paid for parking at 11pm and when I woke up and went to my car they said I had not paid for that day because it expires at midnight. criminal! What's worst is that there was no respect for my medical condition, their ignorant staff kept trying to force a face diaper on me when I told them I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. I was refused service at the front desk because of my medical condition, violating my rights and violating federal law, with their discriminatory policy . I've had far better experiences staying at a motel 6. #neveragain
Big Disappointment
When we arrived it was dark and there was no one to greet us, no sign saying the lobby was upstairs, and no one to help us. We had made a reservation and also had our small, very well behaved and trained cocker spaniel. The booking site stated there may be a fee for pets. We negotiated our way through the hotel to the elevator and up to the lobby. We were checked in (of course from a distance with a divider from the desk due to COVID-19) which is understandable, but the girl checking us in had no personality. The fee for our dog was $75.00 and she was all business, stating how much we were charged and said, “Okay. You are set.” I said, “ Aren’t you going to give us a key and tell us where our room is?” They need to work on Customer Service skills Big Time at this hotel!
Room
Rooms are very clean. The hotel is dated. It's not as nice as I expected! The food at restaurant is average at best. Staff was very friendly. TV in room small and not a smart tv. Coffee in the roon was good.
