Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Our trucks got broken into within 45 minutes of us arriving at the motel and now we have to replace 4 windows on 2 trucks and fix all of the scratches on our vehicles. The HR department doesn’t care and they have ZERO security cameras on the parking lots!! We also were 2/5 vehicles broken into!
Good business stay

This hotel is located in a good location for budiness, the lobby is large and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I had a good night stay and was happy with my stay. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly, overall a good stay and I will be back.
Worst Marriot Stay

Dates of stay 10/14-10/17. We stay almost exclusively @ Marriot properties. My husband is a Titanium level loyalty member. Do not be fooled by the lobby which does look updated. For the first 2 days of stay we could not adjust or turn off a/c, it was freezing in our room. I tried calling guest services for @ least 15 minutes before getting an answer. I asked for resolution of A/C issue as well as extra blankets. Was told maintenance would come by in AM and blankets on the way. NEVER HAPPENED!!!! When I called agin next morning they finally brought blankets, never saw maintenance man although by end of 2nd day you could somewhat control air? No housekeeping until after 3 night stay? I have NEVER heard of this @ ANY full service hotel. No where to put dirty towels, unless you found housekeeping cart you were @ their mercy to get fresh towels and good luck with that. Where can I empty garbage? Disgusting. Yes ,there’s a Starbuck’s that closes @ 10:30am. No concierge lounge. Completely uncomfortable stay in a cold, dirty room.

I stay here regularly and have for about 3.5 years. It’s still a nice hotel, but the service, which used to be exceptional, has slipped badly. Twice this year I left dry cleaning at the desk and it did not make it to the cleaners. I go to pick it up the next day and it never left…. No clean shirt. One stay I was given a room that was not made up. Went to the desk and got a new room which was also not made up. Keys don’t work on the concierge lounge, my bill was wrong, so I have to negotiate on the way out the door. Once I checked in only to be told (after check in) that they had no hot water, but it would be fixed. Came in later and still no hot water….. This is not a Covid degradation, it’s just inattentiveness. As much as I have enjoyed the hotel, I’ve found a new place.
HOT HOT HOT/RUDE BARTENDER
Reviewed 19 june, 2021
As I am writing this review my room (according to my cell app) is at 81 degrees. I called maintenance and he said there was nothing he could do, the whole floor, especially west facing rooms are always hot and miserable. So, I went online to relocate, most everything is sold out. I asked if they could bring a fan, they have none. Add to this the bartender (male) was very rude, and acted like I was an inconvenience when ordering (06.19.2021). This hotel needs serious upgrades to their HVAC. Rooms are nicely updated, but no good if you can't stay in them because of the heat.
