Having stayed at Sleep Inns in other cities, this one surprised me, and not in a good way. The rooms might charitably be described as "utilitarian." Heavy, dark furniture dominates the room, which is not brightly lit. The bed comes with pillows slightly larger than a postage stamp. There is a small microwave and a mini-frig, but the latter lacks a freezer element, which means that one cannot replenish dry ice overnight. The indoor pool and hot tub are 10 to 10, and there was no tub in the room, so if you are a late arrival, there's no way to take a nice, relaxing soak before going to bed. Breakfast is the usual mid-range hotel offering ... and when are the elevators going to be fixed?

We had a couple of problems when we got there, but they worked out. The elevator was broken. We asked for a ground floor and got one. Then when we got to the room there were no towels at all. The clerk didn't seem to believe me and had to check herself. She then got us towels. The room was fine. It was a handicap room which was bigger than a normal room. The breakfast in the morning was the best we had at any other choice hotels on our 3 week trip. The clerk on the morning we checked out was super nice and tried super hard to help with anything.

I have to admit I was scared after reading some of the reviews on this hotel, but it was unnecessary. We have had great service. The elevator is still broke, but it isn't a big deal. The only real downside was how hard and tiny the beds are. They are definitely smaller than my full size at home. We had no problems with cleanliness, staff was friendly, and breakfast was great every morning. I'd stay here again.

Computers were down. They let us in to an occupied room in the middle of the night. Took us to another room. Elevators were broken so we went up and down many times. We went to the suite. It was not very clean. BOOGERS ON THE WALL. Burnt up outlets. They called us to have us come down and pay once the system came back up. Harassed us until we left. Did not refund us, they are trying to keep our money when we did not even stay. Manager lady was horrific. I never plan to stop at this franchise again.

I stayed at this hotel on May 21st 2021. I had originally planned to stay for 2 nights, but the first night there I was bitten by bed bugs! Of course I left (at 1 am) and they still charged me for the first night and kept my money on hold plus the $150 deposit on hold for 3 weeks before I got it back. (got it back June 11th 2021) I called the next day and the manager wasn't there but the desk clerk told me she would call the manager about getting me a refund and call me back. She never called, but shortly after that I received my bill for the night in my email. This is ludicrous. The customer service is a joke. Who lets their customers get bitten by bed bugs and still charges them? I would never return there and would not recommend to anyone.
