Stayed with my family in a 2 storey villa heading directly to the open sea. The villa is beautiful, new and spacious with kitchen, living room, a small swimming pool and 3 bedrooms. There are welcoming fruits as well. Generally the rooms are quite good, except the drainage in the bathroom. I think due to the poor room service it get stucked somewhere and the water is flooded all over the floor. Besides the receptionist required advanced payment instead of deposit which also created a bad feeling when you just arrived. The cart is very old. The swimming pool is small and you must get a tunnel across the road. Though small, it is by the beach and quite interesting. Will try the restaurant tomorrow with more notes.

We had a terrible stay at this nightmare resort. How on earth a self-claimed 5 star resort did not turn on AC and let alone family wtih 2 kids plus 1 infant in terrible summer heat. Managet was ask to turn on AC but íreponsibly ran away without any help. Staff ignore asks from us. Food way so slowly served and not worth in a 5 star. Expect lies from 5 star price but one star service

Incredible swimming pools with panoramic views! Spacious room! Friendly staff! Especially Mr Hien, the bell captain, he was very informative and enthusiastic, giving recommendations on what when where to eat & hang out in town. Good food! But the restaurants are a bit small and hence crowded during buffet breakfast on the weekend. Had to pay for airport transfer although very close to airport!

We stayed at Rosa Alba for 1 night on May 2nd, 2020. We checked in the room with full kids drawing on the wall. The floor was with sands. We walked down to the hotel beach facilities across the street. Nobody in the beach side served us and no life guard during our time overthere (3 hours). However, the worst thing in the room was a bathroom. You could take a shower with water went over bathroom floor to toilet area. The bathroom floor really slippery .It was really unsafe and dangerous if anyone stepped in. I hope the hotel can do better than 5 stars on outside of the hotel front door.

Dear Rosa Alba team, Thank you very much for the wonderful time for us to stay and experience the premium services in your hotel. We had 5 people in our group (under the representative name Ngo Thi Bich Hanh), we did enjoy and were extremely pleasant with all the service which are included concierge, reception, hotel facilities (shuttle bus and 5 differnt swiming pools), room services and friendly staffs. We have been travelling a lot and Rosa Alba is one of the best destinations that we would like to return and recommend to our friends. Thanks for everything and well done the whole fabulous team. We will be back for sure and see you again.
