Beds are hard as a rock. Had to check-out early

I have stayed here several times in the past, but my recent visit was horrible. The bed basically injured my back. I asked to be moved to a new room and same issue. The beds are cheap and hard. I won’t be staying here again. Very disappointing.

I moved to this hotel after a very bad experience at a nearby BW. This place is amazingly clean and well kept. The clerks are super nice and always available and helpful. I believe this may be better maintained and cleaner than most $300/night places I have stayed in.

Booked this late into the night for a nights rest. We can’t say enough! Clean clean clean! Fresh towels, fast and friendly service and the price was so worth it. We were able to get cereal and fruit and they weren’t in paper bags! Good job management and staff

My Choice Hotels app says that I have completed 97 nights year-to-date, with I'm sure about 70 of those being at this Sleep Inn in Tyler. I'd like to start off by saying that the staff there has been super accommodating and I don't think I could've asked for a better experience. While I was away from home and my family, I was always greeted by name and with a smile, which made the experience so much easier. The best part of my stays was always my conversations with Mr. Byron Nelson. He always had my favorite treat waiting for me at the front desk on my check-in days and is very personable. The staff never once complained about my Amazon deliveries and other packages, or having to hold on to items I forgot in my room. The hotel manager, Jeremy, would typically reserve a room every week for me so I wouldn't even have to worry about booking my rooms, or them having availability. Every room I've stayed in has always been clean and the beds are super comfortable. Due to COVID, hot breakfast items were missing for most of my stays, but they did recently add microwaveable breakfast sandwiches that can be requested at the front desk. There is a pet station with bags available near the rear door of the hotel for guests traveling with pets. Washer and dryer are located on the 2nd floor, which I used extensively and only had one instance of the washer not working. I notified Scott at the front desk and was pleasantly surprised to find an email from him later on telling me that a tech had been out and repaired the machine (exceeding customer expectations). Overall, the rooms will not disappoint and the customer service will wow you. Top notch service that you won't find just anywhere.
