More about the hotel
Always a pleasant and comfy stay
I come to DMV area for work often. I have stayed in many hotels and eventually settled at ESA. Great rooms, staff and rates. Now I stay here every time. It feels like home! They upgraded the rooms recently which is a big plus.

Every day when I head out to work Nagwa Greets me by name and wishes me A great day and when I come in at night Khalifa greets me with A big smile and says how was your day .They make me feel at home .My room was very clean and Housekeeping kept it that way. TV was good And Internet was also. Mostly was Impressed the staff All greeted me by name made me feel welcome Thanks everyone for makeing my stay good. James
Welcoming and Homey
Believe it or not, I have been staying at Extended Stay America-Tysons for over a month and plan to stay even longer! Thus far, my overall experience has been favorable on so many levels. For me, customer service, how people treat people, matters. And, the team here has been treating me (and others, from what I can see) well. Beyond that, they have all (i.e., housing keeping, front-desk, maintenance) been kind, responsive, and professional. For instance, instead of booking me a room that would have been more challenging for me to use, they were able to secure one that was fully wheelchair accessible with a roll-in shower, which is the most important aspect for me. Furthermore, since I am unable to reach the microwave that is in the suite, they allowed me to get the staff's microwave. However, the maintenance person offered to move the one in the room to an accessible location, as well, which I appreciated the offer (thank you). They even have laundry service, which I will be using. You must have quarters! Additionally, the house keeping (thanks, Ms. Bianca) team has been helpful and responsive, too, as much as possible. But, COVID-19 impacts everything, and Extended Stay does have measures in place regarding COVID. So, due to feeling safe and homey, the welcome, the accessibility for persons with disabilities, and the customer service I recommend others to try Extended Stay of America out in Tysons, and I hope they, too, have a positive experience.
Great value
This hotel provides great value. Staff is friendly, room is clean and well provided. The upgraded wifi is excellent. Room has full size fridge, microwave and stove. I would choose this hotel for both short term and longterm stays if I needed to be in the Tysons area as the price is extremely competitive. No restaurant on site and no room service but there are plenty of places to eat or to buy food nearby.
The front desk service rocks
Nagwa, Parminder, Khalifa and Joel are all do a phenomenal job helping guests and making sure they have all they need. The team works well together and are willing to do what is necessary. The rooms are comfortable and a good size. The housekeeping team does a great job as well.
