Quirky
This hotel is located in the centre of Ubon, with lots of restaurants nearby. This hotel goes to more effort than many hotels in the same price range: There are quite a few decorative touches that make it more welcoming. Our room was comfortable, the internet was fast, and the bed fairly was wide. All in all, this hotel is a good choice.
Good place
Nice rooms. Clean. Good price to value relation. The location is also good for transit and night food market. Only crazy thing: we could not see the room prior to booking and paying as we walked in and asked for a room.
To be fair, what the hotel gives is beyond its charge.
We usually stayed at a more luxurious hotel when we visit the town. However, since all hotels were booked due to its coming big event of Candle Festival. We had no choice but this hotel--and it was the last two rooms when we made a reservation before flying out the evening of the same booking day. The hotel is an apartment that offers a short stay. For its price of THB650 per night in a big city like Ubon Ratchathani, I think it is ok.
Good value for money hotel
The hotel is in a good location and is in the process of being renovated but it was not noisy though. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was fine, clean and comfortable. It was a little strange not to have a window, but there was a balcony so still got plenty of natural light. The wifi worked well, as did the air con, fan, etc. The only downside was the dogs in a nearby yard. They started howling at 4am then one kept barking through the rest of the night. My room was on the side facing the street but a travelling companion in a room facing the other way had no issues. I raised this with the staff and they were going to talk to the owners which is about all one could expect. I'd certainly stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Ubon.
Good value
A good location near the airport, restaurants and shopping at a reasonable price. Plenty of room for parking. Rooms are basic but clean, roomy and comfortable. Tea and coffee available near the reception area. We stay here every time we go to Ubon and are very happy with the value for money of this hotel.
