Quick stay on the way home.
Check in & out were quick. Room was soso. I believe the bed sheets were clean but there was hair and same in bathroom. Maybe house cleaner needs to pull hair back when working? Glad to have a fridge, micro and coffee maker with tea bags. Really wish since they say there's a breakfast, that they offered at least a muffin or something, that's part of the cost we paid.
Ukiah property assist trip
The service, the room, the cleanliness was good, and the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond what other hotels are currently offering. I would like to see some kind of breakfast come back, as is noted in my survey.
This place was a dump
Made the mistake of traveling to Ukiah when California was on fire in October. Firefighters were taken up all rooms in town. Finally found one and wound up here for and exorbitant price. First we show up and the grass and landscape was dead and replaced by trash and cigarette butts. We asked for a dog friendly room for our 10 lb dog and were quoted a price of $217 only to be told when we were checking in we had to pay another $25 for the dog we had already told them about. Some young sassy blonde working there then gave me a couple slips of paper and when we read them in our room it said there would be no breakfast eventhough "FREE BREAKFAST" was on the marque. I told her we were told we would get a breakfast when we paid. She said can't help it- COVID regulations. I asked why is the sign still up? She said it is too much work to take down. I could reach it with my hand. I said I want to register a complaint and the manager called me and he was just as rude. I suggest to go anywhere but this place. It's only a matter of feet from the freeway and trucks kept me up all night. The maid was wearing her mask as a chin protector. Oh god- stay away!
Convenient and clean.
Found the hotel to be renovated, new paint, flooring and bathroom. Very convenient as its right off the 101 freeway..easy on and off. We were in the area for a wedding and found it comfy and very clean!! Quiet too. No breakfast items due to covid...
Oak fire evacuation
Was promised per friendly rooms due to being evacuated on the phone but once checking in was denied and basically told tough luck with horrible customer service. Will never return to any of these hotels
