Very good place to stay

This is run by a lovely couple who do everything they can to make sure you have a good stay in Ushuaia. The room was comfortable and had everything you could need. The breakfast was plentiful and varied I certainly recommend this hotel if you are going to be in Ushuaia. The reason it only has 4 stars is because it needs a cab ride into the centre. However the fare was only about 300pesos (£4)

Clean Room, Friendly Staff

I stayed one night at the Hotel Campanilla before leaving on my expedition to Antarctica. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and cozy. The only downside is the location ...if you have a car this isn't a problem, but if not it's either a very long walk(4 or 5 kms), or a taxi ride into town. The taxi fares are very reasonable, so it's not too much of an issue.

We stayed here couple of days except the first night. Apparently there was something wrong with the booking system, all rooms were sold out even though we got the confirmation that we booked a room. Anyways, the staff was nice and polite, he helped us with the suitcases. We stayed in the hotel next to this one, which was all right. The room in Campanilla was nice with all the amenities. Breakfast was ok and there was good internet connection. We have also met the owner, who is very pleasant and polite gentleman. The hotel is a bit far from the town, but taxi is easy to get and it is not expensive. Near by there is a supermarket. Over all it was a nice stay.
