Unhelpful staff, charged for cancellation even though the hotel promoted it as “free cancellation” And by the looks of things other people have had the same problem. Would NOT recommend this place, if I could give a 0 star rating I would.
Could improve
Liked: Staff, location near a conference at the Marina, opening door/window, early check-in, kettle to borrow. Did not like: Five long hairs stuck on the bathroom wall and they were there from arrival until departure after three nights. Plumbing issues on day one when bath (shower), sink and toilet wouldn’t drain/flush. Would have liked clean sheets given three night stay. Noise, and lots of it, until midnight and then again 2-4am! Breakfast wasn’t explained so paid €12 then €7. Payment method credit card system was broken which caused a 20 minute check out experience for me after someone in front took the same amount of time.
Great Location
The hotel is next to the beach and restaurants, Did not pay for breakfast so can't said how good that was, Parking on the street is free if you can park or in the Car park down the street for around 15euros a day. Clean hotel with a nice roof top bar.
Weekend away
This was our first stay in Valencia. Picked this Hotel for its location, which is right on the beach. Very friendly welcome. Hotel room room was very good, clean and nicely laid out. Had a fridge in the room which is always a bonus in Spain. This was bed and breakfast, the breakfast being in the restaurant downstairs, this does not belong to the hotel, excellent location overlooking the beach. Food was very good but the service a bit slow. Would reccomend and revisit this hotel. Good local transport, we used a taxi into the old town which was only 10 euros, well worth it as parking in Valencia is a nightmare. we parked our car across the road from the hotel and left it there until we departed. Lovely hotel and friendly staff.
Friendly staff and nice location
Hotel right at the beach. The nice location and the lovely staff make up for the noisiness of the place. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is great. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
