After having had a dinner at the restaurant, drinks at the bad, an overnight stay, a business meeting in the hotel and a lunch at the restaurant the next day, all this with a party of 6 people, we were refused entry to the spa/swimming pool in the afternoon, because we had to checked out at mid-day. Very disappointing and hard to understand.
Fantastic place, highly recommended

Amazing building with beautiful luxury rooms. The pool is lovely, we had a great stay with our 2 young children. The hotel staff were very accommodating. We traveled from the UK in an electric car, the local car park is expensive but has two free destination type 2 chargers so made up for it.

We booked this hotel last minute and we were delighted with the grandeur of the place. The pool is magnificent, I have not seen anything like it. The service was very good and nothing was too much trouble for the reception/housekeeping staff. We had a lovely dinner in the Galleria, portions were larger than expected! The chocolate mousse and creme brûlée were great, so was the steak tartare. I can’t think of anything that needs improving. Many thanks to all the staff xxxx
Restaurant to AVOID!

Nice hotel in good location. However the restaurant "brasserie Galerie" is to avoid. Menu is too classic without any risk nor surprise, the served plates were okay and tasteful. However the service is below zero. Takes too much time to get attention, waiting time to get a bottle of water to start takes 15 minutes. Waiter comes to your table to take order with a telephone and will not even look at you. When asked for wine advice there is no information other then :yes the Beaujolais is a nice red wine,.....when we finished our plate we still had to wait another 30 minutes, finally we asked the waiter to take out our plates. Finally it is done and he asks us , still looking at his telephone, if we would like a dessert, despite it was already ordered at the start... Apart from these basics errors the most appalling is the attitude of the personnel, their body language tells you clearly that they are not interested in offering you a nice evening. For us this was the first time in this restaurant, but also the last one.

Probably the most luxury hotel in all the region. It is located in an former hospital for displaced persons!! It now gives the opportunity for the most demanding. It is brand new and everything you see reaches perfection.
