Clean and professional

We spent two nights at this downtown hotel, in part due to the location and in part due to positive reviews. The location worked out perfectly. We walked to our destination and local restaurants. The check in was seamless, quick and efficient. Parking was on site. No issues there either. Our room was spacious and very clean. Even in non COVID times this would be considered a high level of clean, but to see the efforts taken to maintain these rooms during a pandemic was very reassuring and appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the climate control worked properly, with outside air and an opening window as an alternative. To top it off, the room had a great view of the Burrard Street bridge, English Bay and the recent snow on the North Shore mountains. Beautiful! We ordered pick up food from the restaurant, very tasty, as well as some ice cream, very good as well, and the pick up experience was painless. They have sorted the details perfectly. Final thoughts: would we return? Definitely. If you are looking for a clean, affordable, professionally run hotel in Vancouver, this is a great option.
Great place for us.

We were in town for a few nights. We planned to spend two night at each of two hotels. We should have stayed here the entire time! We stayed on points. A week before arriving I noticed that we had received a nice upgrade and received a room facing a quieter direction. The staff were very friendly when we checked in and the room was VERY clean. It was also cleaned each day. Given that our previous hotel on this trip was not clean, this was a very welcome change. My wife has said that this will be our hotel of choice when visiting our son in Vancouver from now on. Thank you!

Stay here was absolutely amazing. The location in downtown Vancouver made walking to all the tourist spots really easy. The staff were very friendly, we received an early check in without even asking when we came to drop off our bags. Pool and gym were very clean and covid protocols were very good. Would come back again!

The room was immaculate and very nicely furnished, Nice bathroom with loads of towels and toiletries, hairdryer, slippers. I was on the 15th floor facing False Creek - truly gorgeous view day and night! Wonderful check in and housekeeping staff. Parking was affordable at $23 a day so didn't have to worry about my car. Had to work in my room as well and the desk is great - really spacious and with lots of plug ins. Totally satisfied and would definitely stay here again.
Friendliest Staff Ever

Our first “post pandemic” hotel stay was this Holiday Inn in Vancouver. What stood out most was how friendly the staff were. Everyone in the hospitality industry are clearly under pressure at the moment. Despite all the challenges, this team provided an excellent level of service. Thanks to Zoey on reception and the housekeeping and restaurant staff (regrettably we did not get their names) for there attentiveness. Fortunately, we have booked this hotel again for a few days at the end of September. - John Kevin and Anne Hoey
