Well all I can say is disappointing they charge for everything. Check in was ok even though you have to leave a deposit of $150 and there’s no amenities available everything is closed. The bed was hard no give the pillows were super thin thankfully l travel with a pillow so I used my one. Bathroom ok wouldn’t be going back here in a hurry. Oh and on Monday there’s was a incident on the floor I was on no mention or apology for being disrupted
Good Getaway
Needed to leave my condo as my roommate was having a bunch of people over (in the middle of a pandemic... woohoo). This hotel was extremely close to my work so I could make my 7am shift the next day. Restaurant was closed unfortunate but they had their snack bar. $13 for a can of coke, small chocolate milk, and ice cream bar. Small tear in the comforter but was good for just a night out of my place. Very peaceful.
Ok Covid stay
Had a fine Covid time stay. No pool or breakfast. Clean and tidy. Hope this bull shet Covid stuff ends soon. No on site dining so we ordered gif pizzz pie. Maybe 20% full here tonight. Need to have things go back really soon
Excellent stay, will return!
We stayed here for a quick overnight getaway. We were nervous to be staying somewhere during the pandemic but this place did everything to make us feel very comfortable and happy with our choice of accommodations. This hotel is absolutely spotless! It was quiet and in a very convenient location with ample parking. Front Desk staff and any staff we encountered during our stay were pleasant and friendly and made us feel welcome. The room amenities were good in relation to the price of the room and we would not hesitate to return. The only downside is that the mattresses appeared to be very comfortable but we woke up with very sore backs and we could have used some extra pillows but none of this really was a deal breaker for us and we will definitely return next time we are in the area and need somewhere to stay!
Very disappointed with my stay
I was disappointed with the staff, sound proofing is horrible. Would never go there AGAIN! Told us that we were too loud which I disagree with. When the man came to see who was making the noise he didn’t know what which room it was in, meaning we weren’t making noise. It’s not like they were over booked so why were people in rooms beside others. Due to the fact that we’re in the middle of a world wide pandemic. I would think for safety reasons, and out of common respect, the rooms should have been spaced out. I should be able to speak freely in the room that I payed for, it is not our fault that there are thin walls. We were threatened that they would kick us out. And we were later made aware of a policy that it must we be quiet after 10:30pm but that “policy” was only disclosed to us after the fact. It was never stated in anywhere in the room, nor were we told to be quiet after those hours at the front desk. Very disappointed with my stay here.
