Very simple hotel
An old fashioned, very elementary hotel is in a quiet neighborhood near the airport, the rooms are small, very simple and basic, the continental breakfast is quite poor. Nearby is the wonderful Adigeo Mall which has lots of restaurants of all kinds, Shops and things to do.
Nice Hotel, wonderful helpful staff
My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at the Hotel Cristallo last month, while there for a trade show at the Verona Fiere. The location of the hotel was great for our purposes, and we were able to access the trade show by the hotel’s free shuttle offered during it, or a very short city bus ride that took us right out front the show. That same bus was wonderful for getting us to the arena area to walk and explore as well. The bus fare was 2-2.8 euros pp one way. Although the hotel is older, it is kept immaculately clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast that is included is wonderful! The staff at the front, Federico, and Genni were extremely helpful, hardworking, and always friendly. Federico would arrive on duty at 7 am, and was still there bartending, and covering the front desk at midnight!! There are great little neighbourhood bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, with a major supermarket a little further, but walkable. We would highly recommend the Hotel Cristallo for a peaceful stay with great city access.
Verona
We have spent in the hotel 4 nights ,Friendly staff and kindly ,clean rooms ,good breakfast- Due to the breakfast load feeling it took time to fill trays. Very good location- close to highway near Airport of Verona.
Arena, Verona
Friendly staff, clean premises, good breakfast. A bit out of Verona. Although we came rather late from the Arena in Verona performance, the staff was friendly. Breakfast had a variety of food to choose from.
Value for money + good location (close to airport, parking)
We've stayed here as needed the hotel not far from Verona airport. Honestly photos are better than reality. The rooms are a bit poorer. Something smelled in my room. And we've faced problems with dinner (nothing worked). We've chose this hotel also because we needed 1 family room (2 adults + 3 children). The room was ok. The breakfast was ok (nothing special but all necessary).
