Great place to stay.
Myself and friend stayed here for 3 nights and Caterina in reception, could not have been more helpful. Our luggage was lost between Dublin and Verona and Caterina sorted it out, giving her phone number to airport and liasing with them. We came.back to our room to find our luggage retrieved. She also helped us plan our itinerary everyday. Location is quiet and neigbourly. Highly recommend.l
Beautiful Hidden Gem
Very nice place to stay while in Venice. It was one of the more expensive hostels to stay at but worth it. There was gates that were locked to get in and the other doors to get inside the actual building were all locked by keys as well. You felt very safe and secure here. The owner met us there as she has her office in the building and she was very nice and inviting. She offered us beer and wine when we arrived. Our bed was very comfortable and we had a big room and bathroom. Everything in the room worked well even the wifi. We had a nice big window that opened to the terrace. It was loud at times because people were talking loud in their rooms but we weren't in the room a lot anyway. The hostel was very close to the canal and the shops and restaurants. We did not have to walk far to get food or ice-cream. It was cool trying to navigate the little alleyways to get to the different places in Venice. I would highly recommend this place. It did not feel like we were staying at a hostel at all. It was more like a hotel.
Disgraceful
Horrific customer service. Very Very poor hotel standards, rude and unhelpful. Their treatment of guests is shockingly disgusting. Don't bother staying here, plenty of nicer places for a more reasonable price with better staff!
Good place! recommended
Recommended place to be sayed. The staf is so friendly. The room is big. Easy to reach near by bus and train station and even near to reach restaurant, café, souvenirs shops. And acssesable to everywhere around Venizia.
Such a wonderful place
I stayed here for 3 nights in the 3 bed-room. The room was pretty, clean, had air conditioning, and even had a little terrace. The owner is so friendly and helpful, she makes you feel right at home. The hostel is in a quiet street and yet only 5 minutes walking to the train station and to the waterbuses. Everything was absolutely perfect, I would definitely stay here again!
