Not clean and breakfast not acceptable

Bath not clean and no plug for bath. Under beds dusty. Hair static on the pillows and bedding. No coffee mate cream of any kind for coffee. Halls with people coming at 12 and 1, not sound proof walls. Breakfast: creams were bad and sour, orange juice was watered down, sausage wasn't real or appealing. The front desk people are never there and there was a sign saying back in a few minutes both times I went to the office. Pool and hot tub closed at 9pm. Won't stay again. The people running it were nice enough but cleaning needs to improve and so does the quality of breakfast.

Hot tub was pretty gross and not maintained much! Takes only 10 solid mins to clean properly around the top rim of the hot tub each day and there was a lot of dirt and grit built up along that top rim and which proves it is not cleaned much/well enough! We were pretty grossed out and had to get out of there. All the bubbles made it not possible to see right away. NOT GOOD!

This is the worst motel I’ve ever stayed. Dirty EVERYTHING. Breakfast was inedible. No staff in the office from 11pm to 7am. Some of our coworkers couldn’t get in to their rooms last night and there was no one who could rectify the situation. Absolutely deplorable

Nice hotel, friendly staff cleanliness was good close to everything all were fine breakfast was good didn't use the pool, enough parking . This was my third stay and will stay in the future and also recommend family and friends

Not worth the money

Staff was friendly during the day, night time staff did not want to help or accommodate tracking down the smokers that were sticking the pool area and rooms up, we could barely breathe it was so bad and no windows to open to air it out, they figured by handing me a half empty bathroom freshener spray would shut me up. Smell gave my kids such a bad headache it was awful and a discount was refused for the negligence of the other patrons and staff. Shower temperature was scolding hot and had to be constantly adjusting as to not burn ourselves, bathroom was not cleaned properly and there was hair everywhere. Even in the pool area!
