Sad - used to be much better
Computer system doesn’t work well, could not charge my CC. Had to ask for proper amount of pillows, towels, soap, coffee lids. Like it’s going into bankruptcy or something. Hot breakfast is history. It’s a bag of cereal. No acknowledgement of being an honors member, also price line is much cheaper than corporate honors member price. Long time customer, but now I’m done. I’ll try next door... Do not stay here
We had 10 rooms for a softball tournament. By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Dealt with 3 different front desk people throughout our stay. 2 were extremely rude and the 3rd had no idea what he was doing. Although it says non smoking hotel, the cigarette smell was in every one of our rooms. I can’t even describe how dirty this hotel was. The bath towels were so stained, I had to go buy a towel to be able to take a shower. We could not change hotels because everything was sold out around us. I was tempted to sleep in my car.
Nasty all the way around
The staff was horrible. It was as if we were disturbing them. Rarely even said hi. The rooms were even nastier. Big stains on couch. Huge dust build up. Toilet brush inder sink. Just nasty. We changed rooms do to a broken shade and was just as neglected. Been visiting this hotel for 8 years and it has gone to crap. Will not return
Hotel was nice but not great.
We arrived and the first thing we noticed was how beautiful the outside was. It was very inviting. The lobby was also very beautiful. After we checked into the room the room was very 1 starish. The beds were hard and the room smelled a little musty. There were several times while walking around the parking lot that the front desk employee was on her phone airing her personal troubles out for the guests to hear. Overall it was a cheap and average hotel that you could rest your head at.
Dirty Room and rude staff
Very disappointed with our stay. The girl who was there was very rude rooms was very nasty beds sheets looked like they haven't changed them in days. Had a bad smell on them. Bathroom was dirty wasn't cleaned. But overall i was not happy at all. I asked the young lady she was short and dark hair if she could get me some towels she said not my problem im getting ready to go home. But yeah very uncalled for. Will not stay here again.
