Beach and pool staff
Five stars to the beach and pool staff who made our experience effortless. Nice resort and area. Also there's a great farmer's market on Saturday mornings within walking distance and lots of shops and restaurants.
Evan is EXCELLENT in reservations
We just booked a reservation today 1/23/21 with the help of Evan. He was not only incredibly polite and helpful but so very patient as he answered all of our many questions. He had an answer for every question!! Evan was not only patient and kind but pleasant too!! Breath of fresh air in today’s world. First impression of the Kimpton is a 10/10 thanks to Evan!!! Many thanks to Evan.
Absolutely amazing anniversary getaway!
The Kimpton was the perfect place for us to spend our 23rd wedding anniversary! The guest service starts well before arrival from Grace/Front Desk Supervisor helping you choose the room category that is just right for you. Grace also offers excellent Concierge services pointing out all the wonderful restaurants within walking distance that offer outdoor dining which was important to us. Charlie/bartender at one of their restaurants ‘Heaton’s” is excellent as well. We had an excellent meal at Heaton’s as well. They have good COVID-19 protocols in place, and we always saw staff members wearing their masks properly over both nose and mouth. We liked it so much that we are already planning our next getaway to the property.
Excellent visit to Vero Beach Resort and Spa
The hotel is exceptional in every way! If you are seeking a truly fine hotel and service, this hotel is Vero’s best! Team is friendly, respectful and attentive, I hope you get to meet Grace at the front desk who provided 5 star service.
Great Trio
I love Vero Beach. Low key / older Crowd. Great hotel and staff. The pool was fantastic. The outdoor bar area was fun. The food was a reasonably cost and tasted great. I have and will continue to stay at this hotel with my pups
